One: Telephone service

1: Telephone consultation service

B: After-sales service engineers or maintenance personnel shall provide technical consultation and guidance according to the problems or failures encountered by customers.

2: Telephone return service

After the customer normally uses the products of Changhao Huifeng, the maintenance engineer or maintenance personnel will call the customer once every six months to understand the use of the equipment, the supply of the customer's parts, and the customer's comments and suggestions, which will be recorded in the "Customer Telephone Return Visit Record".

2: Parts replacement service

A: Upon receipt of the customer's notification of product failure or malfunction, the company shall provide the customer with the parts required for product repair in time, and guide the customer to replace the parts by telephone so as to restore the product to its normal operation.

B: According to the charging standard of product spare parts, customers should be charged free of charge or the cost of relevant spare parts and materials should be charged to replace the products.

C: Any parts removed by the customer for maintenance shall become the property of Changhao Huifeng; Within 10 days after the replacement is completed, the Company shall ask the customer to return the removed parts (if we request a return).

Three: video support services

It can provide customers with videos of equipment installation, debugging and operation, directly guide customers to install and use equipment, and provide reliable guarantee for operators to fully master the machine. Can personnel direct video docking.

Four: network services

Customers can visit this website at any time (Customer Center) or leave a message we will reply within 8 hours.

Five: customer repair service

Shall promise to provide customers with equipment repair services, the customer shipping, returned products for free or charge the corresponding fees, after the repair of the timely return to the customer.

Six: door-to-door service

Can provide customers with door-to-door technical services. After receiving or becoming aware of the customer's maintenance notice, it shall immediately organize after-sales service engineers or maintenance personnel to arrive at the site in time and carry out maintenance.

Seven: service response time

Response time: After receiving the service call, should be timely feedback within 3 hours, inform the customer to deal with the problem method, the customer can not solve, should inform the door to solve the problem as soon as possible

(Customers within 24 hours, customers outside the city within 48 hours, foreign customers will be negotiated separately)
