New Employee Training Program of the Company


I. Pre-employment training


1. Introduce the business history, purpose, scale and development prospect of the enterprise, motivate employees to work actively and contribute to the prosperity of the enterprise;


2. Introduce the company's rules, regulations and job responsibilities, so that employees consciously abide by the company's rules and regulations in their work, and handle all work according to the rules, standards, procedures and systems formulated by the company.


3. Explain the development prospects and industry ideas of automobile beauty to new employees, and play videos that can inspire new employees to establish correct life values and stimulate their positive attitude.


4. Convey corporate culture, values and goals. Let new employees know what the company is against, encourages, and pursues; Let the new employees can feel the development space of auto parts beauty industry, the company's opportunity to train talents, can be dedicated to work.


Ii. Pre-job training


1. Introduce the internal organizational structure and power system of the enterprise, the service coordination network and process among various departments, and the processing and feedback mechanism of relevant departments. Make new employees clear in the enterprise information communication, submit suggestions channels, so that new employees understand and familiar with the functions of each department, so that in the future work can accurately contact with each department, and at any time can put forward suggestions or complaints on the problems in the work;


2. Business training, so that new employees can be familiar with and master the main skills needed to complete their own jobs and relevant information of the automotive beauty industry, so as to quickly become competent;


3. Introduce the business scope, main products, market positioning, target customers, competitive environment, etc., to enhance the market awareness of new employees;


4. Let new employees have a preliminary understanding of the market, conduct market research and visit, and make notes and experiences; Let employees go back after work to collect more information about the auto beauty industry;


5. Let the new employees talk about their experience of visiting the market the day before yesterday and ask relevant questions; Finally carry on the assessment;


6. After qualified, they will be assigned to the appropriate department and handed over to the department head;


Iii. One week after your arrival


Hr has an informal conversation with new employees, reiterates job responsibilities, talks about problems that arise at work, answers questions from new employees and conducts training examinations. The department head evaluates the new employee's performance for a week, sets some short-term performance goals and sets the time for the next performance review.


Four, to be a regular


After 3 months of internship, qualified to be a regular.
