1, label split: label through the die-cutting made after the finished product, usually the backing paper will be left wider, the main purpose of this is for the user in use can better uncover the label. And in the process of handling or transportation, these extra edge part will be knocked crack, resulting in small cracks. There is also a part of the reason is that the labeling machine in the process of automatic labeling, itself has a certain tension, in this tension is also very pull off the label.


2, poor die-cutting: the quality of die-cutting has a very deep impact on whether the label is torn. If the pressure of the die-cutting is too large will cause the bottom paper to break the tape, usually due to the tearing brought about by die-cutting, the position of the die-cutting line at the split will be relatively neat.


3, glue seepage: glue seepage in addition to the demon is due to label rewinding too tight, the glue out of the undried.
